1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Granger Academy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including students, instructors, and administrators.
2. User Accounts
To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your password and account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use • Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
3. Course Enrollment and Access
When you enroll in a course: • Free courses grant immediate and indefinite access • Paid courses require confirmed payment before access is granted • Access is granted to the individual enrollee only and is non-transferable • We reserve the right to revoke access if terms are violated • Course content may be updated or improved over time
4. Payments and Refunds
For paid courses: • Prices are listed in USD and NGN where applicable • Payments via Stripe are processed securely and immediately • Bank transfer payments are manually verified within 1–2 business days • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment • Refunds are not available once a certificate has been issued • Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, documents, quizzes, and materials, is the intellectual property of Granger Academy or its respective instructors. You agree not to: • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute course materials • Record or screenshot video content • Share login credentials to provide others with unauthorized access • Use course content for commercial purposes without written permission
6. Student Conduct
You agree to use the platform respectfully and lawfully. Prohibited behaviors include: • Submitting plagiarized or AI-generated work without disclosure • Harassment or abuse of instructors, staff, or other learners • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems • Uploading malicious files or content • Impersonating another person or entity Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
7. Certificates
Certificates issued by Granger Academy represent completion of the specified course curriculum. They are: • Issued upon successful completion of all required course components • Non-transferable and tied to the enrolled student's account • Subject to revocation if earned through academic dishonesty Granger Academy certificates are educational credentials and not professional licenses unless explicitly stated.
8. Limitation of Liability
Granger Academy provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: • Interruptions in service or data loss • Errors or inaccuracies in course content • Actions taken based on information learned through our courses • Loss of income or opportunities related to course completion or non-completion Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific course in question.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a platform notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
